Thank you for your interest in contributing to Fallen Hero Portraits. At Fallen Hero Portraits we are committed to honoring the great sacrifice given by those brave enough to pay the ultimate price in service to their country and to the safety and security of others. Our mission is to honor our fallen heroes, by creating lifelike oil paintings and presenting them to grieving families as a source of comfort and peace.

Together we can keep the light of the fallen’s heroism shining through painted portraits that can be passed down from generation to generation. You can help us achieve our mission by sponsoring a portrait or by making a donation of any amount. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

If you wish to sponsor a portrait, there are several options available:

  • $550 fully sponsors one Fallen Hero Portrait.*
  • $275 sponsors half the cost of one Fallen Hero Portrait.*
  • Contribute to a portrait through a donation, you may do so in any amount. No gift is too small.
  • Contribute on an ongoing basis, i.e. monthly, yearly, etc. For this option, please contact the Artist.

* When you fully sponsor or sponsor half of a Fallen Hero Portrait, your name will be included with the portrait when it is delivered to the fallen hero’s immediate family (barring any request for anonymity). At either level you will be given an electronic copy of the finished portrait.

Also, groups or several people contributing together can have their individual names included with a portrait. Please provide all names to be included.

Sponsor Information Form

Sponsorship and contributor information is used only for the purposes of Fallen Hero Portraits. We do not give out information to any other entities or sell emails. The sponsor’s name only (and business or company if desired) will be acknowledged on the Hero Gallery page unless the sponsor wishes to remain anonymous. The sponsor’s name and address will be sent along with the completed portrait to the family unless there is a request for anonymity.

If you are sponsoring a portrait in honor or memory of someone other than a Hero, please indicate that information in the Comments/Notes field below.

Once you have submitted this form you will be given the option to make a payment via PayPal or check for the amount that you would like to donate.

Every effort is made to keep our sponsors informed as to the progress of the painting(s) they have sponsored, such as when the painting is underway and when it is finished & shipped.
